Meet RaDonna Gaddis
With a career spanning over 15 years in the personal injury field, RaDonna Gaddis embarked on her journey from humble beginnings as a runner at a local personal injury firm in Chattanooga. Concurrently, she diligently pursued her undergraduate degree in Public Administration and Non-Profit Management at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Her unwavering commitment and tenacity led her to rise through the ranks, evolving from a runner to a paralegal, a role she wholeheartedly embraced for an impressive 11 years.
In 2019, driven by her unrelenting dedication and thirst for knowledge, RaDonna made the pivotal decision to pursue a law degree. Her pursuit of legal education was no small feat, as she continued to work diligently while completing her law degree at Lincoln Memorial- Duncan School of Law. As a first-generation lawyer, RaDonna hails from a lower-income, working-class family, a background that has endowed her with the invaluable ability to communicate effectively with clients who may be unfamiliar with the complexities of the legal landscape.
RaDonna’s journey was defined by her steadfast pursuit of justice and her unyielding desire to make a difference. Her original aspiration was to establish a non-profit, a testament to her unwavering dedication to effecting positive change. Amidst her remarkable career and educational pursuits, she navigated the responsibilities of motherhood, raising three children while working her way through college and law school.
Rooted in her family’s union background, with her brother, husband, and son all serving as Union members in various trades, RaDonna holds a deep-seated commitment to workers’ rights. Her advocacy extends even to the feline world, as she dedicates her time to rescuing and rehoming cats. RaDonna proudly calls Georgetown, TN, home, situated on the cusp of Bradley, Meigs, and Hamilton counties. Beyond her legal pursuits, RaDonna’s love for thrift shopping is a testament to her resourcefulness and practicality.
