Entry Methods
To be eligible for the drawing, participants must follow the sequence detailed on the social media posts and on this page. Emails, faxes, phone calls, website submission forms, mail ins or any other types of contact will not be accepted as an eligible entry.
Restrictions
Only entries from those 18 years of age or older will be eligible to be selected as the winner.
Winner Selection
Winner will be selected at random via digital drawing platform.
Winner Notification
Winner will be contacted through a social media account they used to enter the giveaway on April 12th, 2024.
If the winner does not reply to the winning notification within 48 hours to confirm a time to pick up the cooler, or opts not to accept the cooler, the Winner Selection procedure will be repeated, and a new winner will be reached out to.
If the initial winner fails to meet the eligibility guidelines, the same process will be repeated until an eligible winner is confirmed.
Fulfillment
To complete the process of the giveaway, the winner must agree to come to the office of England Injury Law, located at 430 Chestnut Street, Ste: 300 Chattanooga, TN 37402, to pick up the cooler.
This meeting will be scheduled through social media messaging when the winner is selected.
Substitutions / Discontinued Products
The giveaway item cannot be substituted for cash or traded for any other items. If the item described and pictured is for whatever reason unavailable or discontinued, an item of equal value will be produced for the winner.
