RULES + TERMS
Giveaway Entry Dates:
July 19th, 2026 – July 22nd, 2026.
Restrictions:
Must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Tennessee or Georgia to be eligible. Employees of England Injury Law and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Entry Methods:
To be eligible, participants must meet all requirements listed above and submit an entry using the official form on this page.
Entries submitted by email, mail, fax, through other forms on the website, or via social media will not be accepted.
Grand Prize:
One (1) winner will receive four (4) tickets to a Chattanooga Lookouts home game.
Winner Selection:
One day after the entry deadline, a list of all eligible entries will be compiled. A random number will be generated using an online tool, and the entry corresponding to that number will be selected as the winner.
Contacting the Winner:
The selected winner will be contacted by email and phone.
If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, or is found to be ineligible, a new winner will be selected using the same process. This will continue until a valid winner is confirmed.
Prize Delivery / Fulfillment:
Winners must visit the England Injury Law office located at 430 Chestnut Street Suite 300, Chattanooga, TN 37402 to receive their tickets.
Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow England Injury Law to use their first name and city or county of residence in promotional materials, unless prohibited by law.
Winner will be asked to take a photo for use on social media and other media properties used by England Injury Law.
Marketing Communications:
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing communications from England Injury Law via email and/or postal mail.
Participants may unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in any email.

with their full name and mailing address.
